What materials do you use?
We primarily use premium leather and suede, selected for softness, breathability, and durability. Many styles feature cushioned insoles and lightweight outsoles for all-day wear.
How do you approach sustainability?
We prioritize responsible sourcing, small-batch production to reduce waste, and recyclable packaging.
Do your shoes run true to size?
Most styles fit true to size. For the best result, see our Size Guide
and the “Fit Notes” on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for boots/loafers.
Do you offer wide or narrow widths?
Our current collection uses a standard width designed to accommodate most foot shapes. Supple uppers mold to your foot with wear.
Are your shoes water-resistant or waterproof?
Yes, our styles are treated to be water-resistant for light rain or damp conditions. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion to preserve the materials.
How should I care for leather and suede?
Wipe leather with a soft cloth and condition periodically. For suede, use a suede brush and protective spray. Reapply a quality protectant as needed.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship across the U.S. Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days; transit times vary by location and method. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
By selecting ReDo Checkout + at checkout for $9, your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from being stolen, lost or damaged.
ReDo Checkout+ cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
If you choose not to purchase ReDo Checkout+, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and your package is not protected from loss or damage. Without ReDo Checkout+, return shipping is $12 for the first item and $2 for each additional item.
