• Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. Return window begins from the date we ship them to you.
• Items in the 50 - 75% off collection are eligible for this insurance, but only for exchange or store credit. Items in this collection cannot be returned for a refund and no additional credit will apply to the store credit.
• Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 30 business days after return is delivered to our warehouse. Refunds will take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. 
  
• If customers do not opt in to the redo insurance, they must pay for return shipping regardless of whether they do a return, exchange or return for store credit. If they opt to do a return for store credit, they can get an additional 10% added to their credit. Return shipping is $12 for the first item and $2 for each additional item.

FREE RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT & PACKAGE PROTECTION

• By selecting Free Returns for exchange and store credit & Package Protection at checkout for $9, your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from being stolen, lost or damaged.
• Free Returns for exchange and store credit & Package Protection cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
• If you choose not to purchase Free Returns for exchange and store credit & Package Protection you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and your package is not protected from loss or damage.
