Returns and Exchanges
- Eligible Returns: All unworn items can be returned for a full refund or free exchange if shipped within 30 days of your order ship date. This includes back-order, pre-order and on-demand styles. Returns shipped after 30 days from the ship date are eligible for a store credit or exchange only and must be shipped back at the customers expense.

Worn or damaged merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in their original new condition and packaging. ITALEAU reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy standards.
Non-refundable fees: We offer free ground shipping for all orders shipping to US addresses. If you chose to pay for expedited shipping when you place your order, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
ITALEAU ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased at a US store selling ITALEAU merchandise may be returned to ITALEAU either for an exchange of the same style or for a store credit only. The amount of the store credit will be the purchase amount of the item excluding sales taxes. Return requirements for items purchased at other locations are the same as for items purchased at italeau.com. Customers are required to pay for return shipping. Proof of purchase is required.
Please click the link below to start your return or exchange. We have just one request; please send your purchase back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
- Place the original ITALEAU shoe box into a suitable shipping box. If possible use the original shipping box your item came in. Please do not use the actual shoe box as a shipping container; FedEx will not accept it or insure it, and it will be easily damaged during shipping.
- Drop off the package at a staffed FedEx location and request a receipt to confirm you’ve handed the package to FedEx. For a list of drop off locations, please visit http://www.FedEx.com. If you are unable to drop off the package, we can schedule a FedEx pickup.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition; not worn, used or damaged.
- If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped to you once your return has registered with Fedex. You will receive an automated email alerting you of your shipment.
- If you requested a return, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment and we will email you a credit confirmation within 7-10 business days.
- Should you choose to use your own carrier or if you ship from outside the US, you are responsible for the item until it is delivered and for shipping. Please return to:
