Returns and Exchanges
- Eligible Returns: All unworn items can be returned for a full refund or exchange if shipped within 30 days of your order ship date. This includes back-order, pre-order and made-to-order styles. Returns shipped after 30 days from the ship date are eligible for a store credit or exchange only and must be shipped back at the customers expense.
- Archive section is FINAL SALE these items and are not able to be returned or exchanged, order thoughtfully and email us if you have questions prior to purchase.

- Worn or damaged merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in their original new condition and packaging. ITALEAU reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy standards.
- Non-refundable fees: We offer free ground shipping for all orders shipping to US addresses. If you choose to pay for expedited shipping when you place your order, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

- Place the original ITALEAU shoe box into a suitable shipping box. If possible use the original shipping box your item came in. Please do not use the actual shoe box as a shipping container; UPS will not accept it or insure it, and it will be damaged during shipping.
- Drop off the package at a staffed UPS location and request a receipt.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition; not worn, used or damaged.
- If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped to you once your return has registered with UPS. You will receive an automated email alerting you of your shipment.
- If you requested a return, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment and we will email you a credit confirmation within 10 business days.
- Should you choose to use your own carrier or if you ship from outside the US, you are responsible for the item until it is delivered and for shipping. Please return to:
