Returns and Exchanges

Extended Holiday Return Policy: For orders purchased from November 7, 2022, through December 9, 2022, you can exchange or return for a full refund if you ship your return no later than January 9, 2023. For orders placed outside this time frame, our standard return policy applies. 


Step One: Go to https://returns.italeau.com 

Enter the email on your order. A return authorization email will be sent to you immediately. Check your spam box, on occasion it lands there.

Step Two: Click “Confirm Email” Find the correct order and click on the shoes or boots you wish to return. Select a return reason. From here you can return, exchange or shop for something new. If your items shipped separately, you must create a return for each items to get multiple labels. To get your label click Return Item at the bottom.

Step Three: Print your label. UPS stores can also print this for you if you do not have a printer.

Step Four: Please pack your boots lovingly in the original packaging. Include the packing slip if you have it.

Step Five: Drop at UPS.


We're confident you'll love our shoes. In fact, we'll give you 30 days to make sure that you do. If you're not completely in love with your shoes or boots, we'll happily refund your purchase.

For the greatest comfort, we suggest wearing our shoes for a few hours at a time for the first few days to allow the shoes to soften gradually to your feet.

Follow the return instructions outlined above and select "30 Day Guarantee" as your return reason, please take a moment to let us know why these did not work, we love to keep improving!

  • Return shipping is FREE for all orders shipping to US addresses and shipped before the 30 day window expires. Return window begins from the date we ship them to you.
  • Returns shipped after 30 days from the ship date are eligible for a store credit only and must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • Archive section is FINAL SALE.
  • BOGO purchases or gifts with purchase - you must return BOTH pair to receive a refund, if you return only one pair (BOGO/Gift or purchased item) you will not receive a refund.
  • We offer free ground shipping. If you choose to pay for expedited shipping, these fees are non-refundable.
  • Once delivered, return processing takes 10 business days.
  • Exchange orders will be shipped to you about 48 hours from the exchange creation for in stock items. Your return must be shipped for your exchange to enter the ship queue. You will receive an automated email alerting you of your shipment.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment 10 business days after return is delivered to our warehouse.

Returns done outside of the Italeau system will experience a delay in processing of an additional 7-10 days.
