Payment for your ITALEAU purchase can be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Discounts and coupon codes cannot be stacked or combined.

From time to time, we may offer BOGO promotion (Buy One Get One Free). BOGOs are not eligible for orders less than $200.

Orders received by 11:00 a.m. Pacific time (2:00 p.m. Eastern time) will ship within 24 hours. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. Pacific time will be shipped the following business day. Orders do not ship out on weekends.

FAQs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders to US addresses.
  • Priority shipping is available for purchase at checkout from $10 and is non-refundable.
  • As a California-based business with a warehouse in Missouri we must charge applicable sales tax for merchandise shipped within the state of California or Missouri.
  • If you order by 1pm CT we'll aim to ship by the next day. However, during busy seasons order processing may take up to 4 working days.
  • Your order will be delayed if a valid phone number is not entered.
  • Orders do not ship out on weekends.
  • Orders shipping to a PO Box ship USPS Priority Mail and will experience a processing delay of 48 hours. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
  • We currently only ship to the USA.

Standard Shipping Times by State

Your order will ship from our distribution center in Missouri. Barring delays due to weather or unforeseen events, our typical ground shipping transit time in the number of business days are as follows:

  • Central: 1-2 days
  • Mountain, Southeast, West and Southwest: 2-5 days
  • East Coast and North West: 3-5 days
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 4-8 days
  • Idaho: 4-6 days
  • Puerto Rico: 5 days

Once your order is processed, we'll email you a confirmation and your tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's site. You can also track your package by logging on to your Italeau account. 

Please note: we will attempt to deliver once per day, three days in a row. After that the package will be returned to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping charges if you choose express shipping and the package is returned to us.
