If there is no drop-off location near your home or office and you want to give, please email us at support@italeau.com subject line HELP ME TRADE UP! We’ll figure this out together.
Once you have dropped off your donation, take a picture of your completed donor form and email it to us at support@italeau.com, we will email you your $50 credit within 24 hours.
Yes. For now, please no more than 3 pair. If you donate 3 pair, you will receive (3) $50 credits. Credits cannot be combined, so you can use them for 3 separate purchases, or you can gift one to a friend or family member. Share the love!
The shoes should be gently worn, these are be donated to micro-enterprise programs in developing countries, so they should have some good life left in them please.
Yes! Just please be sure they are in decent, wearable condition, no holes, rips or super noticeable stains.
